The Wisp “This is outrageous! This is unfair! You have no right to make us leave! This is our property, our home, our only source of income!” Evangeline cried angrily. She paced around the room, her heels clicked amongst the cold, dirt floor of her home. Sweat went down from her forehead, to her chin, her voice heavy with stress. She stared contemptuously at Klaus, the rich, rude, and rotten man, who was the one responsible for stirring up the bitterness and fury inside of Evangeline. Klaus smirked at her, as he whipped out a piece of parchment, with ink, for as words, scribbled on the tannish surface. He handed it to her, as he chuckled arrogantly when she snatched it out of his hand and read it furiously. She rubbed her forehead and gave the parchment back to Klaus.
“We’ll be gone within an hour,” she seethed, forcing the words through her teeth.
“Terrific,” he spoke, victorious. “May I start my work here early?”
Hymns of the WretchedWhat is the reality of this poison nightmare?
Gone off without a sound; a midnight glare
To curiously stare,
She holds on to the dramatic; a flair.
Melody, oh Melody, sing me a song,
For this has gone, oh so terribly wrong!
From where we falleth, air flees,
To ignore the contradictory,
To crush the point of the story,
To abandon all hopes and needs.
A switchblade in my left,
Flick and throw away, life's a pest
The heart of the wailing,
She's struggling to breathe, her arms flailing,
Happiness is fading,
The tries are failing,
You mustn't forget, dear,
The answer is near,
They choke on the ink, dying daily.
Oh Tragedy, oh Tragedy, sing me a eulogy,
By this decree,
We shall bleed,
The sirens, masquerading as funeral spectators,
Melting into the crater,
They start to sing,
Our ears start to ring,
It's hard to believe,
Sit back and watch,
What this play has brought,
Living inside the Achiri's creed.
This Questionable PhilosophyThe hypothesis was spoken, but has been left abandoned and broken,
For it was not testable, unstable, undesirable,
Do you know why they rejected it?
Here's the story, the truth behind the bullshit.
A man lay at the alter, praying to the gods,
Speaking ancient words; what he has been taught,
A word can be actioned, but cannot be reversed,
The same for this: Heaven and Hell cannot merge.
But they can tear off pieces of themselves,
Pieces of Heaven, pieces of Hell.
Down to a wasteland, unborn and cold,
They tore off more it could hold,
Thus then, the corrupted and the martyrs grew,
Before, when the insane knew.
He paused for a moment, a mind complex,
The thought about what he's done so far, the state; perplexed,
The mind wandering off. The Rocks scoff.
They spoke, "Why do you think so widely?"
They sit proudly and smile wryly
He asked, "What is the point of life?"
"You're born, you live, you survive, then you die."
His curiosity led him to Pandora,
To explore the point of life, flor
AwakeAwake from the distortion of time
Let us glance, at the wretched and divine
Mortal sins uncurl against our skin
At our rejoicing kin
Awaken! From the depths of the dark!
Onward on this journey, come voyager, let's embark!
They've drowned you for far too long
Now let them hear our victorious song.
Awake from the poorly made
Let's save the souls who were meant to degrade
Once in their place,
Let us rise with newly grace!
Awaken! From the lost path to destruction!
Here lies your longingly waited salvation!
Strayed far too long,
Let's justify the accused wronged!
OceansDon't want to be the one to walk away
But I can't bear the thought of one more day
I think I finally understand what it means to be lost
She stood there, looking up to the darkening horizon. Her gray eyes stared up dully, the wind swept through her hair. A small wet drop of salty water eluded the corner of her eye and fell down, slowly down to the bottom of her chin. The wind was starting to become harsh, as her hair began to cover her eyes. Her pale hands was held together, in a praying position. The horizon began to sing her a sad lullaby, as another tear, crimson and dark, fell down her cheek. The clouds began to become more dark, as farther ahead, above the ocean, it became a black sight.
Can't find the road to lead us out of this
A million miles from where we burned the bridge
Can't keep pretending everything's going to be alright
With the whole world falling down on
It felt like all hope was lost. No, it is hope fading away. She couldn't hi
A Sapling In the Burnt ForestChorus:
By the bleeding ocean tides
With happiness to see the light
Throw your heart up, to
The sky as it shines away
The rights, corrupt,
As night turns to day
The jealously held by the corrupted heart stuck inside the hated
Collapsing with the wanted ignored fact of being jaded
But, of course, the wound has to release his crimson feelings
They don't what he is dealing, with
As the fire of hatred burns the white bliss
As the clock chimes once,
Will this dreading fate soon be done?
As the clock chimes twice,
My fate and luck depend on Lady Luck's dice
Stuck with the illusion of empty hope and shattered dreams
As the darkening metal smirks and gleams
But as it all starts to sink away,
Light emerges from the blue to burn the darkness,
Another soul shall be blessed, light fills up the empty day
As one water drop falls,
The sun shines tall
As two water drops fall,
They stand there appalled
What once was gone, is n
TearsA little black rose, blooming in mid-June
So small, so young, so desperately delicate
But, alas, it dies too soon
The darker death now fully met
When you await a certain time of the day
Is it a illusion, just a game?
I certainly wish to play
In order to escape this mortal lullaby, don't want to die,
I'm already fading away in this haze
An exhale, a definite sigh, showing boredom and melancholy,
What is there to see and bleed? I'm going ahead, meeting this discreet
Afraid to fall into a spiraling vortex of lies
Now what is there to abide?
When life is already gray,
When life is an unfair play,
Pursuing the path of broken truths and destruction
Oh, where is my redemption?
Walk toward the faux line of light
Only to see back into the night
Tragedy is sung on a cello,
A deep, sorrow tune, a weeding lily to bloom,
A dark sound so deep and yet so mellow
Failing tries, unheard cries
Is it okay to just smile and say, "I'm alright?"
What's left of a hollow, broken body?
Fears, as my sight
The Shadow StormWhich is which, happiness or sadness?
One fades away, one turns to a dark shade of gray
Back into the fog of her eternal rest
Reaper's call to gather the dead
A single sound, so eerie, so dim, makes a simple heart,
Turn to a strong, distressed lead.
Piled up high to the top of the sky,
Is the bodies, already deteriorating, rotting.
Is this the reason why you want to die?
EuthanasiaWhen I'm around others, I'm not myself.
When I'm alone, I'm not myself.
If so, who am I?
Who am I, this lowly, hollow shell?
The air is heavy, my lungs retired, unable to work.
The room is blurry, my head is spinning.
Goodbye, I guess.
What is this empty feeling that carries me down?
What is making me carry this lead I drag every day?
Light, shallow breaths, my eyes start to fade to darkness.
Time to shut down, a cold and limp figure in the distance.
Goodbye, I guess.
I drone on, a mere doll walking on.
What is my purpose?
What is my flame?
What is the fuel that keeps telling me to go on?
But alas, the fuel has run out, there is no smoke.
No lively fire to inspire me on.
Goodbye I guess,
I take my final breath,
To this other state of mind,
But what is there to find?
Goodbye I guess,
I will sleep peacefully with eternity.
I will sleep...
I will rest...
I'll be safe...
Rebel Love Song Chapter 1
I sat at the desk in my dorm room researching for my latest essay, when my phone went off. It was a text from my friend.
“Hey, check your email when you get the chance.”
Check my email? Why? I shook it off and opened a new tab to my email. I clicked on my inbox and there it was. An email from my friend saying “Merry Christmas”. I fell out of my chair and screamed when I saw what it was. Tickets to my first concert ever. Not jut to see any band; but my favourite band in the whole world; Black Veil Brides. I couldn't believe it. I just had to announce that I was going everywhere; Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter. It was so amazing. January 18 couldn't come soon enough...
“Andy, come on, we gotta practice.” Christian told him as he twirled his drumsticks around.
“Hang on, I'm checking out my Twitter real quick.”
“You always check your Twitter.” Ash
Rebel Love Song Chapter 2
I don't really know what time it was when I opened my eyes, but it was daylight out.
“I had the weirdest dream.” I mumbled, still letting my eyes adjust.
“Yo, Andy your chick is awake.”
“For the last time, CC, she isn't my chick. She was a fan in the audience.” My eyes widened as I sat up and looked around. It wasn't a dream. Last night was real. I was on Black Veil Brides tour bus. I slept in Black Veil Brides tour bus! I started freaking out not knowing what to do. I pinched myself just to check to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
“Hey, you feeling better?” I heard Andy ask from the bed he had been lying in.
“U-Uhm yeah...” He walked over and sat next to me. I could feel my face burning up with the blush that had formed.
“Okay, well we're not in Maryland anymore. We are in Pennsylvania, cuz that's where our next show is tonight.”
“Oh okay...” I began twiddling my fingers. I couldn't think of anything. I f

6 Months Later
“Yeah?” He turned his head to look at CC.
“You wanna come down to the bar with me and Ashley?”
“I don't know.”
“Come on, you haven't really drank with us for a few months. Besides the girls are out with Jinxx and Jake. What are you going to do by yourself?”
“You're boring. Come on.” CC grabbed Andy's arm and drug him out of the bus to the bar.
“I see you got him to come.”
“Not on my own free will.” Andy mumbled.
“Oh shut it. Just a have a couple drinks with us. Then you can go back to the bus.”
“Fine.” They each ordered a Coors and just sat there.
“So what should we talk about?” Andy asked taking a drink.
“What about you and Olivia.” Ashley suggested
“What about us?”
“Oh please, you two are inseparable. You do everything together.” CC responded.
“No we don't.” H

Vanguard, Chapter 1: DuncanDuncan's Journal: Day 1288
I consider myself a good man. I respect women, elders, my equals, and the dead. I say a morning prayer, and an evening one. Hell, I even thank the gods for a meal, instead of immediately chowing down in the voracious manner as the other soldiers here do. By all logical means, I should be in paradise. No really, not just because I'm a good man, but also because I should be dead by now. So I ask myself: why, oh gods up there, have I ended up in hell?
1288 days. 1288 days of my life have been spent in this misery, and I'm beginning to lose faith in the glory I was promised. Some of the rookies still live in their ignorant bliss, but I've lived long enough to realize that there's not much glory to find here. “Sing the songs of glory and march into battle—-join The Crusade today!”. Such were the words of the posters The Crusade has spread all over The Mortal Realm. Gullible fools practically stand in line for these songs of glory that th
